Irontown Homes is the only factory in the west that offers an in-house, turn-key construction process. We will take your project from start to finish in house, relieving you of the headache that comes with a piece mill project or a disconnected construction process. In addition to working directly with the factory during the modular building process we can complete the on-site and stitch work, from your foundation to final occupancy or any stage in between. We will work directly with your city to receive your building permits or help you meet your CC&R’s. With our trained site crews we will arrive on your site to complete the modular stitch work and have your home complete in a matter of weeks.
