Irontown Homes appreciates the role of the Architects in the construction process, especially the modular construction process. With a wide range of customers and new innovative ideas Architects are needed now more than ever. Irontown specializes in building custom homes and collaborating with design professionals.
Irontown Homes is excited to introduce our Architect Program and create a relationship between the Architect and the factory. As a modular Architect it is difficult to design to each factories construction method. When a design doesn’t correlate with the factories systems it causes plan redesign which costs the homeowner time and money. This can start the project off wrong right from the beginning. Irontown is creating two new programs to build the relationship between our factory and your design firm, simplifying the process, having a factory you can trust and creating a happy homeowner.
Architect Contracted Program: Now Irontown is making it easier than ever to not only create a design service relationship but help you establish a distributing service as well. Many designers have their “Signature Style” and are creating a brand with their designs. All you are missing is your own factory to build your designs. With Irontown’s Architect Contracted Program you can create, manage and resell your product while using Irontown behind the scenes. The homeowner will be contracted and managed entirely within your company walls while Irontown contracts directly with your firm. Irontown acts as your personal manufacturing facility, taking your revenue potential much further than the design alone allows.
Architect Referral Program: If your dreams do not entail a large distributing service and your passion is to design beautiful homes Irontown’s Referral Program will work for you. When a customer comes to you to design their dream home Irontown will pay you for referring that customer to us. This can provide an additional revenue stream for you without the headache and liability of distributing the complete project. Simply design the home, refer the customer and get paid when their home is completed. Allowing you to do what you love, designing.
With Irontown’s Architect Contracted Program and Architect Referral Program we believe it will create a lasting relationship between you the designer and us, the factory.
