Beverly Hills Modular Home Delivery Went Smoothly

Our delivery to Beverly Hills was awesome! With modules flying 150′ in the air over Sunset Boulevard, the sight was nothing less than spectacular. The homeowners are beyond happy with their new home. The finish crew is on site and within a couple of weeks the project will be completed.

Being one of the only full turnkey factories is not something that Irontown takes lightly. Taking a project from start to finish is not an easy process. We spend many, many hours to make everything run smoothly and perfectly on site. From the beginning of each project Irontown is coordinating all of the details for the site. This includes a site visit followed by foundation details, visits with the local authorities and police departments. The months of preparation were evident with this delivery. Having to coordinate details between the many departments as well as the Police was no easy task. Everyone worked well together and all of the modules were delivered and set on the foundation in one day. 

The City of Beverly Hills and Beverly Hills Police Department were wonderful to work with and we appreciate their cooperation with the delivery.

Beverly Hills partially closes Sunset Boulevard to welcome million dollar prefabricated home from Irontown Homes

Irontown Homes will be delivering a 3,200 square foot home to Beverly Hills on July 14th. This custom designed home features exquisite hand hewn cabinetry & built in woodwork throughout, exposed ceiling beams, hardwood doors and case moldings, custom painting, Majestic fireplace, exotic imported granite countertops, custom granite showers, foam insulation, Monier Cedarlite tile roof, Pella Windows, GE Monogram appliances,  Moen fixtures, imported tile flooring, home automation, and a double layered security system.

After an 800 mile journey each of the 8 individual modules will be craned onto the foundation and the final connections and finishing will be done within weeks on site.  Every Irontown Home is 95% finished when it leaves the factory. Cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, paint, floor coverings are installed, right down to the  tissue paper holders.

WE’VE EXPANDED INTO OUR NEW FACILITY

We are excited to introduce our new state of the art facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. We have constructed this facility to implement the highest level of productivity. With our new facility we have streamlined the building process increasing the construction speed and delivering enormous cost savings to our customers. We are very different from other factories because we do not have a “production line” assembly process. Each of our homes are custom designed and require different construction timeframes, so we build each home in one location and bring the “production line” to them. That will guarantee that your project will be built as quickly as possible without any other projects delaying your home’s progress.

Our new facility is over 66,000 square feet. Our production area is over 60,000 square feet which is four times the size of our old facility. With our 45′ tall ceilings and 180′ span of overhead cranes it gives us the ability to build our 2-story structures on top of one another. We erect them exactly as they will sit on your site eliminating any building discrepancies. Our production capacity can handle any project whether you have one modular to build, a 200 home subdivision or a hotel.
