Recent Deliver to Martis Camp, Truckee, CA

This home exhibits Irontown’s versatility by featuring a modular basement.

The beautiful mountain resort, Martis Camp welcomed another Irontown Home designed by Sage Modern.

This home has some unique features including a modular basement. Many people believe modular construction brings many limitations. We are constantly confronting these limitations and exploring innovative ideas to work around them. The major advantage to modular construction is the time that it saves versus site built construction. A basement in it’s standard form must be completed onsite after the home is delivered. We felt that this can hinder the modular savings advantage. So we started working on a solution. We figured out how to build a module that can be placed within the foundation walls allowing the entire home to be completed at the same time. This allows the homeowner instant completion and doesn’t require them to have a long, drawn out process of completing the basement at a later date.

Irontown is constantly conquering the standard modular construction myths by exploring and implementing numerous solutions.

Another successful prefab cabin for Irontown to a remote mountain site.

Irontown Homes successfully delivers another prefab cabin. This custom cabin was delivered to the beautiful Uintah Mountains of Utah. This family cabin is perfect for any site. It features Irontown’s exclusive double folding roof to allow for an open bonus loft area without the added cost of an additional module. Saving our customer additional cost from transportation and craning. Placed over a full basement this will total just under 3,000 square feet of living space. It’s a very cost effective way to get that dream cabin your family has always wanted.

Here’s a little message from the homeowners.

“Hi Irontown, Thanks for making our family cabin. We are looking forward to many years of memories made within these walls. The crew had many challenges but Jason went from Plan A to Plan B without hesitation. I know many wives went without their husbands that night. We did not hear any cursing or swearing from the team. I particularly appreciate their optimistic attitude and work ethic along with their moral standards. Mike was our sales agent that sat with us to pick out floor plans and colors.  He was also at the “set” which gave me a lot of confidence that what I selected was actually delivered, because he knew what I wanted. Bryant was amazing working out our plans.  He is very easy to work with. I watched them hustle all day long. It’s a good team, and you should be proud of their efforts.”

WE’VE EXPANDED INTO OUR NEW FACILITY

We are excited to introduce our new state of the art facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. We have constructed this facility to implement the highest level of productivity. With our new facility we have streamlined the building process increasing the construction speed and delivering enormous cost savings to our customers. We are very different from other factories because we do not have a “production line” assembly process. Each of our homes are custom designed and require different construction timeframes, so we build each home in one location and bring the “production line” to them. That will guarantee that your project will be built as quickly as possible without any other projects delaying your home’s progress.

Our new facility is over 66,000 square feet. Our production area is over 60,000 square feet which is four times the size of our old facility. With our 45′ tall ceilings and 180′ span of overhead cranes it gives us the ability to build our 2-story structures on top of one another. We erect them exactly as they will sit on your site eliminating any building discrepancies. Our production capacity can handle any project whether you have one modular to build, a 200 home subdivision or a hotel.
